Shipping Charges

• Prepaid orders: FREE shipping across India
• Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹99 COD charge

Pay online to get free shipping, plus an extra 10% off with code GOPREPAID.

Order Processing

• Orders are packed and dispatched within 3 working days.
• As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a tracking link by SMS/WhatsApp and email so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Delivery Timelines

• Within India: up to 5 days after dispatch
• International: 5–15 days after dispatch

Timelines may vary slightly during festive seasons, sale periods, or for remote pincodes.

Packaging

All orders are shipped in secure, tamper-proof packaging. If a package looks tampered with, please don't accept the delivery and contact us right away.

Insurance

Every shipment is insured against loss or theft from dispatch to delivery, at no extra cost to you.

Multiple Addresses

Each order ships to one address. To send items to different addresses, please place separate orders.

Taxes

Any local levies applicable at the delivery location are borne by the customer. International customers are responsible for customs duties.
