Return & Exchange Policy – Varangi Style Studio

At Varangi, every piece is thoughtfully designed and crafted with care. As a growing homegrown brand, we follow a strict quality check process to ensure you receive the best. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Exchange Policy

  • We offer EXCHANGES ONLY. Returns are not accepted.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • A ₹150 shipping fee is applicable to initiate the exchange process. This fee is non-refundable.

Once your request is received:

  • Our support team will get in touch within 2–3 working days.

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged from your address.

  • Courier partners will make up to 3 pickup attempts. If unsuccessful, the exchange request will be cancelled and the ₹150 fee will not be refunded.

  • If pickup is not completed, you may self-ship the product at your own cost. Varangi will not be responsible for shipments arranged independently.

Return Policy

  • We do not offer direct returns or refunds to the original payment method.

  • Eligible returns will be processed as Varangi Store Credits.

Store Credit Policy

  • Store credits will be issued within 24–48 hours after the product is picked up and passes quality check.

  • Credits will be sent via email and are valid for 365 days.

  • Store credits can be used on your next purchase.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If exchanging for a lower-value product, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit.

Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Sale or discounted products

  • Last pieces / limited stock items

  • Fabric materials

Conditions for Exchange / Return

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • All tags and barcode stickers must be intact

  • Each order is eligible for only one exchange

Damaged / Defective / Missing Items

  • Please report any damaged, defective, or missing items within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share clear images and details with our support team

  • Requests raised after 24 hours will not be accepted

Note:

  • Minor color variations or print irregularities are not considered defects as all our products are handcrafted

Important Guidelines

  • Do not discard the original packaging and invoice until you are sure about your order

  • This helps us investigate any claims efficiently

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances

  • Varangi reserves the right to make the final decision in all cases

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

  • If cancelled after dispatch, a ₹150 deduction will be applicable

  • Sale or discounted items cannot be cancelled

Non-Serviceable Areas

  • If your pin code is not eligible for reverse pickup, you will need to self-ship the product

International Orders

  • We do not offer exchanges on international orders

  • Reverse pickup is not available for international shipments

  • Customers must ship the product back at their own cost

  • Any customs or shipping charges will be borne by the customer

  • Refunds will be issued as store credit only (excluding shipping charges)
