Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only in case of damaged products.

To initiate a return request:

• Please ensure you have a clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened.
• The return request must be raised within the day of receiving the order.

Requests made without an unboxing video or beyond the 24-hour window will not be eligible for return.

Pickup Process

Once your return request is approved:

• The product will be picked up directly from your address.
• Please ensure the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
