Exchange & Returns Policy – Varangi Style Studio

Every Varangi piece is quality-checked before it leaves our studio. If the fit isn't right, we'll make it right.

Free size exchange within 48 hours

• Size didn't work? Request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery. Your first exchange is free, and we arrange the pickup from your address.
• This applies to all kurtis, excluding discounted and sale pieces.
• One exchange per order. Exchanges depend on stock availability.

How to request an exchange

1. WhatsApp us at +91 91761 48881, or email connect@varangistylestudio.com, with your order number and the size you need.
2. We'll confirm within 2 working days and schedule a reverse pickup.
3. Your new size ships once we receive and check the original.

Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached.
• Our courier makes up to 3 pickup attempts. If your pincode isn't covered for reverse pickup, we'll share an address for you to self-ship.

Returns

• We don't accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Every eligible request is handled as an exchange.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

• Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with an unboxing video and clear photos.
• We'll replace the item at no cost to you.
• Small colour or print variations are natural in hand-block-printed fabric and aren't considered defects.

Not eligible for exchange: accessories and jewellery (for hygiene reasons), and fabric material.

Cancellations: orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch. After dispatch, a ₹150 deduction applies.

International orders: exchanges aren't available. Damaged items are handled case by case.
